But if you still have issues proceed with the following:

It is possible that the cause of the error is an overwhelming number of requests to RDP port 3389.

Proceed with one of the following options:

A1). Edit the firewall rules for this port and limit it only to the IPs that you are connecting from.

A2). Restart the server, or from KVM/VNC/Serial Console restart the “Remote Desktop Services” Service.

B1). As an alternative we can change the RDP port.

B2). Use KVM/VNC/Serial Console to open regedit

B3). Open HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Terminal Server\WinStations\RDP-Tcp\PortNumber

B4). Select Decimal, type 10000, and hit Okay.

B5). Restart the server, or from KVM/VNC/Serial Console restart the “Remote Desktop Services” Service.

B6). Open port 10000 in your firewalls.

B7). This should help for now but its possible for others to eventually attack port 10000 as well causing the issue to return, if so then you must proceed with option A.
